Files are processed locally in your browser and never uploaded

Add at least one image first

PNG to PDF puts screenshots, diagrams, charts and logos into a PDF, one image per page. PNG is lossless, so the text in a screenshot and the thin lines of a chart stay crisp instead of getting the smudged edges that JPEG compression adds.

Transparency survives the conversion: the alpha channel of a PNG is stored in the PDF as a soft mask, so a logo with a transparent background is not flattened into the image. On a standard PDF page the transparent areas simply show the white paper. The work is done in your browser, so nothing is uploaded.

Good to know

  • PNG pixels are stored without loss, and the alpha channel (transparency) is kept.
  • Same as image makes each page the exact size of the screenshot (at 96 dpi); A4 and US Letter suit printing.
  • JPG and WebP images can be mixed in; WebP files are converted through your browser first.
  • Files up to 500MB each. The PDF is built in your browser and nothing is uploaded.

How it works

01

Add your PNG files

Drop screenshots or graphics into the upload area, or click to browse. Select several files at once to build a multi-page PDF.

02

Arrange them and pick a layout

Put the images in order, then choose a page size and margin. Same as image avoids any white border; A4 and Letter suit printing.

03

Convert and download

Press Convert to PDF, then download the document. Every image becomes one page.

Common use cases

Screenshots for a bug report or guide

Collect step-by-step screenshots into one PDF that you can attach to a ticket or share as a short how-to.

Charts and slides for a report

Export dashboards or slide images as PNG and combine them into a PDF in which text and lines stay sharp on screen and on paper.

Logos and artwork with transparent backgrounds

Place a transparent PNG on a PDF page without flattening its transparency into the image file.

Frequently asked questions

Is the transparent background of my PNG kept?

Yes. The alpha channel is stored in the PDF as a soft mask. The PDF page itself is white, so transparent areas look white when you view or print the document.

Why use PNG instead of JPG for screenshots?

PNG stores every pixel without loss, so small text, icons and sharp edges are not blurred. JPG suits photographs; for photos use the JPG to PDF page instead.

Can I mix PNG files with JPG photos?

Yes. You can add PNG, JPG and WebP files in the same batch. JPEG photos are embedded unchanged, PNG keeps its transparency, and the order you set is the page order.

Will the PDF be big?

That depends on the images, because PNG pixels are stored without loss. If the PDF is too heavy for an upload form, Compress PDF to Size can shrink it, but it turns pages into JPEG images, so text is no longer selectable.

Are my files uploaded?

No. The conversion runs locally in your browser and the images never leave your device. Each file can be up to 500MB.
